1917: Left Freemantle 29th June on board HMAT "A30 Borda" landing Plymouth 25th September attending Signalling School Sutton Veny.

1918: Left Folkestone 15th August

1913: Left England for Australia on board the Armadale out of London arriving Freemantle 11th December.

1918: Was KIA near Proyart Wood 8 days after landing in France and was Laid to Rest at Merignolles British Cemetery France.

1919: His persoanl effects including 2 Identity Discs, 6 German Marks 2 wallets a diary a note book and a French book were sent to Arthurs sister Emma Owen Residence No 167 Mile Trans Line Kalgoorlie Western Australia.

1919: Arthur was moved to his final resting place in the May.
